Born in Tula, Russia in 1977, lives and works in Tel Aviv.

Gregory Larin is a jeweler who trained as a craftsman and engages in the development of original techniques that allow meticulous control of diverse materials. In his work, complex combinations of organic and synthetic serve to create raw materials for presenting issues with a personal mark.

His varied sources of inspiration, ranging from anatomical research, medical equipment and political clashes, to street art and rituals, is represented in the objects, jewels, and performance pieces. His technical ambition and perfectionism in conjunction with the preoccupation with the human body and its vulnerability reflect his personal and original handwriting.
