For the past decade Ron Amir has been consistently and persistently photographing the village of Jisr al-Zarqa, which lies adjacent to Caeserea and is revealed before the eyes of travelers on the highway that runs between Haifa and the Tel Aviv metropolitan area.

Between the Mountain and the Sea
This display offers an introduction to the development of modern Haifa. The exhibits on display, the projected information, and the chronological timeline come together to tell the story of the city during three central historical periods: the Ottoman period, the British Mandate, and the period following the foundation of the state of Israel.
